The Aerie at Copper Mountain

FRISCO, COLORADO

Situated at 11,000 feet at the top of the American Eagle lift, Copper Mountain’s Aerie features cafeteria-style dining, a formal restaurant, a café, and two bars, all with commanding views of the Colorado Rockies. The design for this facility was conceived in conjunction with the resort’s new American Eagle lift to create a seamless, year-round, and one-of-a-kind mountain resort experience. The building site has views in three directions: south-facing and upslope, across the ski terrain, and downslope to the valley below. The upper-level bar opens onto a south-facing patio, seamlessly transitioning from indoors to outdoors and reinforcing the sense of being on top of the world.
