Mansfield House, located within the heart of Stowe’s Spruce Peak Village, defines a new, upscale hospitality brand dedicated to families. Bull Stockwell Allen is providing architectural and interior design services for Spruce Peak Realty, a division of AIG Global Real Estate. The Project marks our seventh major project at Spruce Peak over the last twenty years. From an interior design perspective, the Brand is quirky, fresh, and nostalgic. The design theme is based on the 1950’s and ‘60s, when the ski vibe was defined by bold colors and fabulous fashion (including Nordic snowflake patterns) and a convivial apres ski scene.
