We’re thrilled to celebrate our very own Vasudha, who received an Honorable Mention in the ULI Market Street Reimagined Ideas Competition for an inspiring proposal, San Francisco River.

Bull Stockwell Allen’s team visited the Ferry Building to support our colleague’s work and engage in thoughtful discussions on the other project submissions. In total, 170 submissions were showcased in the exhibition.

Designed by Bull Stockwell Allen, Rosebrook Lodge is a striking new addition to Bretton Woods, NH — a sculptural, timber-and-glass retreat perched high in the White Mountains. Designed to embrace its alpine surroundings, the 17,000-sf lodge offers panoramic views, a dramatic blade-like form, and resilient detailing for year-round adventure.

We’re proud to share that The Aerie, our on-mountain restaurant project at Copper Mountain, Colorado has been recognized in ENR’s Best of the Best awards.

At 11,207 feet, The Aerie posed unique design and construction challenges—from extreme weather conditions to complex site logistics. Designed by Bull Stockwell Allen, the 25,000-sq-ft venue features a dining room, bar, lounge, and conference areas, enhancing Copper Mountain’s year-round offerings.

This recognition highlights the collaborative effort with Hyder Construction, Tetra Tech, Walter P Moore, and B.G. Buildingworks in bringing an ambitious vision to life on the slopes of the Rockies.

Last season was a busy year for Copper Mountain Resort. Throughout the winter, Copper celebrated its 50th anniversary season, hosting several celebratory events and a handful of world-class ski and snowboard competitions. In addition to celebrating the huge milestone, at the tail end of last year’s ski and ride season, Copper announced that it would make its single largest investment in over a decade with a new 25,000 square foot mid-mountain lodge spearheading the list of new developments for the ski resort. Other improvements set to debut during the 2023-24 season and years beyond include the expansion of the Far East lot, the introduction of new winter trails and the upgrade of two lifts.
