John Ashworth, a third-generation architect, is recognized for his expertise in the planning and design of recreation, resort, and hospitality projects across the United States. His approach is deeply site-specific, informed by program, climate, and context, and grounded in the thoughtful use of appropriate materials. This philosophy reflects a commitment to clarity and honest architectural expression.

Tanner brings a diverse background in architecture and interior design, blending his expertise as a licensed architect and project manager with a deep understanding of building systems, millwork, custom furniture, custom lighting, and interior design. His
passion lies in refining workflows and leveraging technology to harmonize creativity with precision.

A RISD alum with a background in graphic design, Sonia leads strategic firm initiatives and oversees the administrative team while managing the firm’s brand presence and all business development and marketing efforts. With over 20 years of experience in branding and graphic design, she ensures consistency and upholds brand standards across all platforms.

Greg is a seasoned architect with more than 20 years of experience leading complex projects across high-rise, life sciences, mixed-use, and transportation sectors. He takes a collaborative approach to every phase of design, from planning through documentation and approvals.

Born and raised in China, Yao brings experience spanning laboratories, offices, mixed-use complexes, residential developments, and master planning projects in both China and the United States. His strong sketching and graphic skills fuel his passion for exploring form, structure, and materials—principles that align closely with Bull Stockwell Allen’s design philosophy.

Ritika combines her passion for hospitality design with experience in multifamily
residential projects. Actively engaged in Boston’s design community, she participates in local industry organizations, enjoys connecting with like minded professionals, and celebrates the achievements of the region’s AEC community.

Heng earned her MA in Interior Design from Pratt Institute and brings experience across exhibition, furniture, lighting, residential, commercial, and hospitality design. Her passion for creating beautiful spaces and memorable experiences led her to focus on hospitality design. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and is inspired to design destinations that leave a lasting impression on travelers worldwide.

Vasudha joined Bull Stockwell Allen in 2021 as a Designer after graduating from UC Berkeley with a specialization in additive manufacturing for construction. She is passionate about crafting distinctive volumes that enhance spatial quality and user experience, with a strong interest in the mindful use of materials.

Cynthia is a U.S. Army veteran, honorably discharged in 1992, with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, finance management, reporting, and process improvement. A licensed and bonded notary public and experienced personal income tax preparer, she is also on track to become a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Cynthia is passionate about leveraging data and technology to optimize accounting operations and drive efficiency.

Edgardo is an energetic and hands-on professional who thrives on problem-solving and building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors. Passionate about creating impactful spaces, he stays attuned to emerging design trends and technology. As one of BSA’s leading Revit experts, Edgardo also supports the team in maintaining Revit design standards.

Dean Randle is a key member of Bull Stockwell Allen’s design and planning team, bringing extensive experience in architectural design and project management across museums, recreation, commercial, and hospitality projects. His expertise in renovation, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse has made him highly knowledgeable in seismic
upgrades, the California Building Code, and ADA compliance.

Brian joins Bull Stockwell Allen with over 10 years of professional experience,
specializing in mixed-use master planning and multifamily residential projects, with expertise in hospitality, lab and office design. He brings passion to every phase of design, documentation, and construction, having guided several projects from schematic design through construction administration to completion.

Allison joined Bull Stockwell Allen in 2024 with four years of experience in HR and
Operations. A proverbial person, she thrives in culture-building and diverse, collaborative environments, drawn to architecture by the passion designers bring to their work. A Kansas State University graduate, Allison has also broadened her experience internationally through training in Mexico, teaching in China, and living in London.

Pratima brings her passion for architecture, sustainability, and artistic expression to Bull Stockwell Allen. A 2021 Master of Architecture graduate from Arizona State University, she relocated to the Bay Area in late 2024. Her design philosophy merges art and architecture to craft sustainable, meaningful spaces that respond to their surroundings and foster a broader societal impact.

Maria has 10 years of experience in hospitality interior design, leading high-end hospitality projects including clubs, spas, restaurants, and hotels across the U.S. Her designs create immersive environments that make people feel at ease and fully engaged. Actively involved with NEWH SF, she collaborates with industry peers to advance design excellence.

Dominick joined Bull Stockwell Allen in Fall 2022 as a licensed architect in Washington, D.C. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech in 2019, where he focused on architectural acoustics and the transmission of noise through space and materials. Outside of architecture, Dominick enjoys exploring creative pursuits in watercolor, photography, and woodworking.

Delaney has 12 years of experience as an interior designer, specializing in hospitality, recreation, and restaurant projects. She is passionate about all aspects of the design process, with particular focus on using regional materials and collaborating with local
makers. Outside of work, Delaney spends time in her ceramics studio, primarily using slip casting to create sculptural porcelain pieces.

Michael recently earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he focused on how everyday care practices can shape ecological processes and biodiversity. He rejoined Bull Stockwell Allen in 2025 after interning with the firm in 2024. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, collecting rare plants, and reading fantasy and science fiction.
