Bristol Mountain Resort Rocket Lodge

CANANDAIGUA, NEW YORK

Carver’s Kitchen marks the completion of the first phase of Bristol Mountain Resort’s Rocket Lodge renovation and base area expansion project with Bull Stockwell Allen. The design of Carver’s draws inspiration from modern-day market halls, reflecting the Owner’s desire to offer patrons fresh, healthy, and local food options while at the resort. The lodge’s new program includes a scramble, grab-n-go, fresh foods, and commercial kitchen facilities. Stations within the servery are grouped to enable higher staffing during peak periods and minimal staffing between meal times. The new addition ties seamlessly to the existing Lodge’s dining room and bar, which will undergo a major renovation as part of the future phase of this project.
