The Mountain Commons, as it is formally called, will boast around 20k square feet of space including a full-service cafe, retail and two separate restaurants, private event spaces and outdoor seating. The project will offer expansive beach-front outdoor seating to take in the up-valley views and create a welcoming gathering space for everyone.
